Welcome to AiRevenueEngines ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our AI licensing packages, or using our automated services (including "AutoMoneta" and "The Agent"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. License Grant & Intellectual Property

Use License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AutoMoneta Operating System for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, duplicate, or resell the core technology ("The Brain") of our AI agents without a specific Reseller Agreement.

3. User Conduct & Compliance (A2P 10DLC)

You are solely responsible for all communications sent via our AI agents. You strictly agree to:

• Obtain Consent: Only contact leads who have explicitly opted-in to receive messages from you.
• No Spam: Strictly adhere to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CAN-SPAM Act.
• Prohibited Content: Do not use our services to send hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or fraudulent schemes.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

4. Payment Terms & Refunds

Subscription Fees: Services are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these fees.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our "Business in a Box" setup and proprietary knowledge transfer, all sales are final unless a specific "Risk-Free Deployment" guarantee was included in your specific offer.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

While our "Growth Engines" are designed to optimize revenue, we make no guarantees regarding specific financial results. Your success depends on various factors, including your market, offer, and work ethic. The "Day 1 Profitability" metric is a goal of the AiRevenue Guardian algorithm, not a legal promise of income.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiRevenueEngines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
